What is “The Insider” Blind Card Mystery Draw?
It is a mystery draw event where eligible customers receive a Mystery Card with every qualifying purchase and may enjoy rewards, vouchers, or surprises linked to their registered account.
Who is eligible to participate in this event?
All registered account holders are eligible. Both online and in-store purchases qualify. You will receive one (1) Mystery Card for single order with a minimum spend of USD 125 / SGD 160 / RM500.
The card will be automatically added into cart.
Can I transfer or give my Mystery Card to someone else?
No. All Mystery Cards are non-transferable and are linked to the original purchasing account only.
Don’t share the card or code. No matter you have or have not used it.
How do I redeem the rewards or vouchers on the Mystery Card?
Every card contains a code for you to apply at checkout online or in-store. These codes expire on 30 June 2026.
Redemption must be completed using the same account (e-mail) that received the Mystery Card. Discount is not applicable for guest account.
Do not share the code to others, even after you claimed it. Share the card only.
Are all participants guaranteed a reward?
All Mystery Cards come with benefits or rewards, but the type of reward is assigned by lucky draw and may vary. Participation does not guarantee a specific reward.
What happens if I win a physical prize but cannot collect it in-store?
You may request prize delivery by contacting the Organiser within 7 days from the prize receiving date. Delivery arrangements are subject to the Organiser’s approval.
What is the Exclusive Monthly Surprise?
From January 2026 onwards, Mystery Card holders are entitled to a once-per-month exclusive surprise, redeemable only at our TRX & EcoSky physical stores every 1st of each month by presenting the Mystery Card.

### *1. Event Period*
• The Event is valid from now until *28 February 2026*.
• The Organiser reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Event at its discretion.

### *2. Eligibility*
• Open to all registered account holders.
• *Online and offline purchases* are eligible.
• Participation is tied to a valid registered user account.

### *3. Mystery Card Withdrawal Eligibility*
• One (1) *Mystery Card* is issued for *every single receipt with a minimum spend of RM500/USD125/SGD160* in one transaction.
• All Mystery Cards are *non-transferable* and linked to the purchasing account.
• Mystery Card issuance is *subject to availability*.

### *4. Redemption & Prize Delivery*
• All redemption codes, benefits, or rewards:
* Are *valid only for the registered account holder*
* *Must not be shared, transferred, or sold*
• Redemption must be completed using the *original eligible account*.
• Participants who *win a physical prize* in *"The Insider" Mystery Draw* but *are unable to claim within the store* may request prize delivery.
• Winners *must contact and arrange delivery with the Organiser within 7 days* from the prize receiving date.
• There won't be any warranty on the Insider Prize, receiver of the gift must notify the organizer if there is any issue with the gift within 7 days.
• The Organiser is *not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of the Mystery Card*.

### *5. Monthly Exclusive Surprise (January 2026 onwards)*
• An *Exclusive Monthly Surprise* is available *exclusively to Mystery Card holders* from January 2026.
• The Exclusive Monthly Surprise is a *pre-determined benefit or reward* provided by the Organiser.
• Redemption of the Exclusive Monthly Surprise is *only allowed at our physical stores in TRX & EcoSky, and customers must bring their Mystery Card*.
• Each eligible account is entitled to *one (1) Exclusive Monthly Surprise on the 1st day of each month in 2026*.
• Redemption is *strictly limited to the original account associated with the Mystery Card*.
• The Exclusive Monthly Surprise is *non-transferable*.
• *No additional redemptions, repeat claims, substitutions, or replacements* are permitted.

### *6. No Returns or Refunds*
• All purchases made to qualify for Mystery Card issuance are *final*.
• *Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed* for any qualifying transaction.
