Can I exchange / return product or cancel my order?
All orders placed during our Anniversary Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, you may pay the difference between the sale price and the product’s original price to regain the 7-day exchange window.
Returns and exchanges for orders placed between Oct 30 and Nov 5 will be temporarily paused. The return and exchange window will also be extended by 4 days. For example, an item purchased on Nov 3 will be eligible for a return or exchange until Nov 14 (11 days after purchase), instead of Nov 10 (7 days after purchase).
How do I apply discount?
No code needed! All price in cart page are the best available price now!
Is the discount stackable with my points redemption?
No, codes redeemed using points cannot be stacked during the anniversary sale.
What is 10% rebate in store credit? When will I get it? Any expiry?
10% of the total amount you spend during the sale will be credited to your customer account on Nov 12, 2026. Store credit can only be used at online checkout from Nov 13 to Nov 30, 2026, and will expire at 11:59 pm on Nov 30, 2026.
Store credit will be issued only to the original customer account and cannot be combined with credit from other customer accounts.
Will the discount % change during the sale?
Possible, but only downwards. A 20%-sale brand may be reduced to 10% on the second day if we are running low inventory.
