• What phones are compatible with the Trackable Field Wallet?
  It’s MagSafe compatible with iPhone 12/13/14/15/16/17 series, including Pro and Pro Max models. It's also compatible with other iPhones with the included metal ring for magnetic attachment.

• Does it hold cards with magnetic stripes?
  As its built-in magnets may affect some cards with magnetic stripes, it's not recommended to store magnetic stripe cards or dual interface cards inside.

• Why does the Trackable Field Wallet need to be charged?
  The Trackable Field Wallet is designed with the built-in Find My system which needs one wireless charge every 6 months to ensure Find My Service is running.

• Is the battery replaceable?
  No, the battery is built-in and not replaceable. You only need to wirelessly charge it for 1.5 hours for up to 6 months of standby.

• What wireless chargers can be used to recharge the Trackable Field Wallet?
  You can recharge it via Qi-certified chargers (we recommend using an Apple-certified wireless charger for best performance and fully charging it before first use).

• Can I switch device control?
  Yes, please find the steps below.
  1. Connect devices to the same Wi-Fi network and sign in with the same Apple ID.
  2. Use the switch to open the Scanner Menu.
  3. Choose Device, then select Use Other Device.
  4. Select the new device and choose Connect.

• How many cards can it hold?
  It can hold up to 8 cards or 4~6 cards with small items such as SIM card, SIM ejector tool, and coins.

• Does the Trackable Field Wallet block RFID?
  No, the trackable field wallet doesn’t have RFID blocking on it. For the wallet with RFID blocking, please check out the Snap Field Wallet.
