We ship all over the world (Except Russia, Israel). Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout, you can add the product into cart and get the shipping estimate in the cart page.

Your order for ready-stock item(s) will be sent out latest by next working day. However, if your order also includes any pre-order items, it will only be packed and shipped when everything is ready.

Klang Valley: We offer same-day delivery for certain area within Klang Valley, you'll see the Same-day Delivery option while selecting shipping method if your address is eligible.

Peninsula Malaysia/Singapore: Usually arrive within 1-2 working days after we ship.

Rest of the world: Shipping takes from 3-7 working days depends on FedEx transit speed, please talk to us if you need an urgent arrangement.

HQ (ecoSky) & Customer Service Working hour: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm, Closed on Weekends and Public Holiday

TRX Store Working Hour: Daily 10am - 10pm

We do not really have a refund policy for the reason of "I don't like it". If you wish tor return the product, it must be either defective or not working as it should be.

Yes! Self-collection is possible, and you can select this option while checking out. Please ensure that you have received the email notification stating "Ready for Collection" before departing and refer to our operating hours in Question no. 3 ⬆️.

*Please refrain from arranging Grab / Lalamove for collection. If you wish to receive ready-stock products immediately, please choose Delivery and then select "Same-day Delivery." We will not be able to control or take responsibility on delivery for self-collect orders.*
