Inspired by 35 years of creating and testing advanced sailcloth fabrics, ECOPAK was developed by Challenge Outdoor as a recycled and more durable alternative to traditional laminated nylon. Eco-friendly, waterproof, and an impressive strength-to-weight ratio? Count us in.

Utilizing a matte-ECOPAK variation, EPX400 as our main material, and Recycled Bag Cloth (RBC) 400 as our lining, we present a unique eco-friendly variation to MHP3.5, built to handle years of rugged use.

With a 400D face, recycled UV backing, and signature "X" design, EPX400 delivers abrasion resistance and waterproofness in a smooth, matte ECOPAK variation.

RECYCLED LINING

The ECOPAK collection comes equipped with a RBC400, or Recycled Bag Cloth 400 denier weight, lining. Made from 100% recycled polyster with a PU coating on the back side for water resistance. C0 DWR.

PU Coated YKK Zipper

To further weatherproof our ECOPAK collectionundefined we’ve added on premium water-repellent zippers with RC Coil. This unique oval shape is designed for additional exposure protection and from being easily torn.
