• All customisations (e.g., names, messages, logos) must be submitted exactly as intended by the customer. You will need to provide .ai vector file if you wish to engrave anything other than standard font/character.

• We do not edit or correct spelling, grammar, or formatting unless specifically requested.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

• Customised items are made-to-order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Order Processing Time

• Custom orders may require additional processing time. Estimated fulfilment time will be stated on the product page or communicated after order confirmation.

4. Character Limits and Restrictions

• Engraving is subject to space constraints. We will advise after order confirmation.

• We reserve the right to reject requests containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

5. Customer Responsibility

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all customisation details are accurate before completing the purchase.

• Storming Gravity is not liable for errors provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling).

6. Quality & Positioning

• While we strive for consistency, slight variations in engraving position, size, or depth may occur due to manual or machine processing limitations.

• Final placement is at our discretion to ensure optimal results.
