Warranty Policy

  1. Original Owner Eligibility
    Warranty services are available exclusively to the original owner of the product. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at talktous@storminggravity.com using the same email address you used to place your order.

  2. Product Coverage
    Warranty coverage applies only to certain products available in our store. Please check the product description or consult our team to confirm if your item qualifies.

  3. Brand Warranty Adherence
    Storming Gravity strictly adheres to each brand's warranty policy, which may be updated periodically. Warranty claims are subject to the brand’s discretion, and approval for any claim rests solely with the brand’s representative.

  4. Role as Retailer & Facilitator
    As a retailer and facilitator in the warranty process, Storming Gravity will assist with claims, including coordinating and, if applicable, covering international shipping costs associated with the warranty. However, if the brand or its representative denies the claim, our role remains limited, and we cannot override the decision.

  5. Warranty Approval Process
    For a faster claim process, if you’ve received a warranty approval directly from the brand’s customer service, please forward that confirmation email to us when submitting your claim.

  6. Replacement & Repair Policy
    Warranty coverage does not guarantee a 1-for-1 exchange. To support sustainable practices, we aim to repair items when possible rather than replace them outright. Replacements are provided only when the product is deemed irreparable or if explicitly approved by the brand or its representative.


Limited Lifetime Warranty – What Does It Mean?

Warranty & Repairs Policy

 

*Before You Submit a Claim:
Warranty does not cover minor issues that do not affect the product functionality. It also does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, abnormal use, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.


Original Owner Eligibility

Warranty services are available exclusively to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from Storming Gravity. Claims must be submitted from the email address associated with the original order by contacting talktous@storminggravity.com. Claims from third parties or individuals who cannot provide valid proof of purchase will be automatically rejected. Storming Gravity reserves the right to deny warranty service if the purchase cannot be verified through our system.

 

Product Coverage

Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Storming Gravity and does not cover items bought through third-party retailers or second-hand sources. 

 

Brand Warranty Compliance

Storming Gravity adheres to each brand's individual warranty policy, which may be updated at the brand's discretion. Customers are responsible for reviewing the specific warranty terms of the brand prior to submitting a claim. Claims will be assessed solely by the brand or its representative. Storming Gravity’s role is limited to facilitating the process on behalf of the customer. We do not guarantee the outcome of any warranty claim.

 

Our Role:
As a retailer and facilitator, Storming Gravity helps coordinate warranty claims and may cover shipping for approved claims. If the brand denies the claim, Storming Gravity’s responsibility ends, and we assume no further liability. We do not guarantee any claim outcome. 

 

Claims Process:
To initiate a claim, contact talktous@storminggravity.com with your order details and a clear description of the fault or damage. Including photos of the issue will help speed up the process.

 

Before Shipping:
Ensure that the product is thoroughly cleaned before shipping. A warranty claim must be submitted in writing before the product is shipped. If a product is returned with only a simple note requesting warranty service, without claim submission, we will not process it. Any approval given by the brand's customer service must be in writing and must be provided when initiating the claim. Claims that do not have written approval will be rejected. 

Storming Gravity will not process any claims without documented proof of prior approval from the brand.

 

Replacement & Repair Policy:
Warranty coverage does not guarantee a one-for-one replacement. Storming Gravity prioritizes repairs over replacements, as determined by the brand. Replacements are provided only when the brand deems them necessary. Decisions regarding repairs, replacements, or claim rejections are final and non-negotiable, made solely by the brand.

 

Lifetime Warranty – What Does It Mean?

Lifetime Warranty = product’s lifecycle. This means the warranty is valid as long as the product is considered functional and can be repaired within its expected lifespan. If the product can no longer be repaired due to discontinued parts or other reasons, the warranty will no longer apply. In such cases, the product may be considered retired, and no further warranty services will be provided.
