9 Feb ("Last Working Day") - Retail Store and operation ends at 1pm (GMT+8)

10 Feb - 18 Feb ("Holiday") - Retail Store and office are closed, orders made during the week will be processed on 19 Feb. Customer support may not be prompt.

19 Feb - Open from 10am - 7pm as usual

Malaysia

1. If you place the order after Feb 6th 3pm, choosing GDex as your delivery method, your order may not be able to arrive before Chinese New Year. 

2. If you stay within Klang Valley, consider choosing Local Delivery (Same Day) for urgent delivery before our last working day.

3. Normal Shipping and In-store Pick Up are not available during the holiday. If you need any urgent delivery (Klang Valley only, availability not guaranteed) during the holiday, please send a WhatsApp message to us. Response may not be prompt. Special request may be limited.

Singapore

1. Orders made after 7 Feb 12pm will NOT arrive before Chinese New Year.

2. Orders containing ready stock product(s) only, made after 7 Feb, 12 pm, will only be shipped on 19 Feb. Orders containing pre-order product(s) will be processed upon availability.
