Hot effect
Insert Hot & Cold Eye Mask into its protective cotton bag, place it in the microwave, and heat it to max power (1000W) for 30 seconds. Make sure that any other microwave functions are turned off.
If it has not reached your desired temperature, you can reheat it in 10-second intervals.
Cold effect
Place Hot & Cold Eye Mask into its zippered EVA bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Check if the temperature is adequate.
