AN RF-WELDED AND BONDED POUCH, DESIGNED FOR LIMITLESS CARRY VERSATILITY IN A WATERPROOF PACKAGE.

Minimalist yet substantial, utilitarian but still elegant; the ELEMENT Drop In is an essential weatherproof tool in your carry arsenal. Backed by 3+ years of internal R&D efforts, EDI is constructed using radio frequency welding and flat bonding techniques. This is made possible by a custom-developed solution-dyed black textile with a TPU laminate and kiss-coated face. Despite its slim appearance, our signature 3D patterning, mobile dividers, and drop-in slots allow EDI to flex to hold a myriad of everyday and travel loadouts: travel essentials to tech items to even camera kits.

EDI is the first product in our emerging ELEMENT line; a line of EVERGOODS performance equipment comprised of advanced technical construction, innovative manufacturing, and premium textiles.

EDI is waterproof but not submersible.
EDI is made from one (1) textile:
A custom-developed solution dyed black 420D HT nylon 6, finished with a white PU laminate on the back and PU kiss-coat on the face.
The external parts showcase the face of the textile, whereas the internal parts are the same textile laminated with the face (black) sides together so that the back (white) sides are exposed.
This minimalist construction process offers streamlined manufacturing and sourcing, and a hi-vis internal build.

We took the same textile in our MOUNTAIN line, a balanced-woven and solution-dyed 420d and had it finished with a white TPU laminate and a kiss-coated face for waterproofness and weldability. The final product is a stunning waterproof material that’s found nowhere else but our ELEMENT line.

ADVANCED TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION 

3+ years of advanced R&D work led us to engineer EDI using a radio frequency welding and flat bonding construction that fits our lofty performance standards. These techniques deliver EDI’s slim build, waterproof performance, and an overall elegant design.

MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE

This isn’t your standard waterproof zippered flat pouch. Despite its slim build, inside EDI are multiple dividers and drop-in slots which flex to hold a myriad of loadouts. It’s the signature 3D patterning and organization you’ve come to love, but in a brand new silhouette.

The finishing touch

Our EDI is sealed using a #8 YKK RCPU zipper. For extra weather resistance, there’s a PU laminated zipper line and black hypalon zipper puller. While we wouldn’t call EDI submersible, with these in tow, it certainly is the most waterproof item we’ve ever made.
