The CITADEL 20 is a smaller version of our original urban everyday pack. The third collection in the CITADEL series brings new features while still delivering a lighter weight pack built with EmberTex™. Over a year in development, this twisted nylon 6 has an abrasion resistant matte finish with no PFAS (forever chemicals).

The new CITADEL 20 features a magnetic, separated and suspended laptop sleeve, a protective quick-access pocket and our latest T6 aluminum hardware. 

The CITADEL 20 features our latest textile: EmberTex™. With EmberTex™ we have now removed all PFAS (forever chemicals) from our supply chain. EmberTex™ is a twisted nylon 6 with an abrasion resistant matte finish, a lustrous texture and a smooth hand feel. The 1200x600 Denier gives it more structure for ease of packing and access. Combined with YKK® Aquaguard zippers, the CITADEL 20 is durable and weatherproof. Laser-Cut and Bonded hypalon panels embedded in its shell add structure where it's needed.

All Black Ember products are made using our BOND-STITCH™ high-precision construction. All textile components are Laser-Cut for precise assembly. This construction yields a functional, durable pack with a blacked-out, minimal aesthetic.
