MilkLab Almond Milk
The best we have tried so far. Beautiful microfoam with the blue flow controller.
Oatly
Foams quite nice and smoothly with either the blue or green flow controller.
Bonsoy
Foams easily with the blue flow controller, but soy milks are known to curdle a bit when they come in contact with the acidity of the espresso.

CUSTOM PROGRAMS
Six different programs precisely adjust the speed of the impeller as the milk warms up, to create perfectly smooth microfoam with any volume of milk.
BESPOKE JUG DESIGN
The internal jug shape is an integral part of the microfoaming function. It enables small and large volumes of milk to be foamed to the same high standard.
FLOW CONTROL
Two magnetic flow controllers calibrate the microfoaming process by adjusting for the different viscosity and foamability of milk or plant-based alternatives.
PRECISE PORTIONS
Detailed volume markings on the flow controller allow precise portions to be prepared repeatedly, improving consistency and reducing waste.

2. What is the minimum amount of liquid to texture?
100ml is the minimum.
3. What grade of stainless steel is used for the product?
The body is made of painted 304 stainless steel, and the internal jug is coated with a silicone-based non-stick coating. The flow controllers are silicone and the impeller is made of POM. Everything is food-grade and certified.
