Refund policy

This policy does not apply for defective / faulty products that are eligible for warranty.

Before an order is fulfilled:

For PRE-ORDER/BACKORDER product: The shipping date shown is an estimation, it is subjected to the customs declarations, flight delay and other unforeseen issues, please contact us if you wish to understand more on the arrival status. You can request a refund if the order has not been fulfilled yet, there are 2 options you can choose from

1) An administration and transaction charge of at least 5% if the refund case is not caused by Storming Gravity’s negligence. If you agree with this, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

OR

2) Cancel the order and receive a store credit (without expiry date) for the paid amount in full.

Exception: In the event of a delayed arrival, if the delay exceeds 14 days from the original estimated shipping date, we will honour a full refund without any charges.

For READY STOCK product: We will only issue a store credit (without expiry date) if you wish to cancel your order before your order is packed. Once your order is packed/shipped, please see our next paragraph for more details. 

After we ship out an order (For order opted for delivery): 

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of successful delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, most importantly, there must be, or at least, an obvious defect related to the features or functions of the product (i.e. slightly dent on the packaging does not count). It must also be in the original packaging, if you have thrown the packaging away / cut the tags (if any), it means that you have accepted the condition of the product(s). After 7 days, refund can be rejected or accepted with condition (amount at 70% or lesser).

Return & exchange the product to other product is possible (not guaranteed) and shall be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exchange request must be made within 7 days from the day of receiving the product, and the returned goods must be in original conditions, with tags & packaging (if any).

*Return the product due to the reason of "I don't like it" is not acceptable, unless otherwise offered or stated on the product page. Reviews on most of the products sold on our website are available all over the internet, you are responsible to make good consideration before purchasing it.*

*Sale for Item on discount / clearance are at final and return/exchange is not allowed*

After your order is collected (For order opted Pick Up):  

If you selected "Pick Up" as the shipping method, you can only request an exchange upon the collection of your product. You are also required to check for any issues (including but not limited to cosmetic defects) with the product upon collection. After the order is collected, returns and exchanges are not allowed. Warranty (if any) still applies.

In-store purchase:

If a purchase is made in our physical store, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not permitted, as customers are given the opportunity to inspect and test the product at the time of purchase. The warranty policies of the respective brands will still apply.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Direct Refunds are not available for purchases made through the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option with an instalment plan (including but not limited to Atome, Grab Paylater etc.), regardless of the circumstances. In the event of product quality issues or delivery delays, we can only offer store credit as compensation.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your refund is made in the form of store credit, you will receive a gift card by email.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Our 1-on-1 exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the day the customer receives the product. If it exceeds 7 days, we shall deal with it on case-to-case basis.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
