Ruck Plate Compatibility:
Keeping the weight high and tight is the only way to ruck. It locks in your posture and eliminates lower back friction. Both the 20L and 25L Ruckers feature dual elevated pockets to secure your weight exactly where it belongs.
- Short Pocket: Fits 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates.
- Long Pocket: Fits 30LB or 45LB Long Ruck Plates (also holds Standard Plates).
- Total Capacity: Use both pockets to carry up to 75 lbs of Ruck Plates.

KEY FEATURES
LUMBAR SUPPORT
“Damn that’s big” is the most common first reaction. Where you will really notice this added support is when your upper body is fatigued, or you’re carrying more weight than normal and your natural tendency is to break form and hunch forward. More support for your lower back = better posture.
EXTRA PADDED STRAPS
It’s hard to explain how glorious our dual-density shoulder straps feel when you cinch them down to keep the weight high and tight on your back. You’ll notice this immediately, but you’ll really notice it over time and distance.
NO FRICTION BURN
The 210D CORDURA® on the back panel and underside of the straps is friendly to the skin. You’ll notice this when you put the ruck on and take it off. Most people don’t ruck shirtless, but we prove performance at the extremes and your skin and your apparel (such as Merino Wool) will be fine against the Rucker’s back panel.
MAGNETIC INTERNAL POCKETS
Both internal storage pockets—one large mesh pocket and one small go-to pocket—utilize secure magnetic closures for silent, effortless access. They don’t wear out over time, they don’t collect debris, and they won't snag your apparel.
PADDED HANDLES FOR RUCK PT
Padded top, bottom, and side handles - four (4) in total. Use the padded handles for suitcase carries, overhead press, overhead lunges, thrusters, ruck twists, you name it.
BUILT-IN FRAME SHEET
3mm thick, full-width frame sheet supports the integrity of the pack as you weigh it down and ultimately allows you to carry more weight comfortably. If there were no frame sheet, the ruck would curl in on itself too much when you cinch it down on your shoulders.
TRAINING STERNUM STRAP
Removable and adjustable. Keeps the Rucker secure without constricting breath or movement and is adjustable by the MOLLE on the straps.
HIP BELT COMPATIBLE
Complete with side MOLLE to integrate perfectly with an optional Padded Hip Belt (sold separately). A hip belt allows you to distribute heavy loads to your hips over long periods of time plus keeps the ruck stable during push-ups or bear crawls.
MOLLE ATTACHMENTS
3 rows of external MOLLE webbing let you customize your Rucker how you want. MOLLE is the same system used by our Armed Forces to attach life-saving sensitive equipment.
BOTTOM DRAIN HOLES
2 grommets on the bottom of the ruck to drain water for when you find yourself doing hydro burpees in the ocean, lake, or fountain.
HI-VIS REFLECTIVE STRIPE
It can be hard enough finding the time to work out, don’t be limited by the daylight hours. Hi-vis reflective stripe (300 cd/lux m²) across the front for for safe rucking in low-light conditions.
OPTIMIZED FOR HYDRATION
The rucker is equipped with an internal D-Ring to clip in your hydration bladder and an exit port for your bladder tube is found under the top handle of the ruck.
OPENS FLAT
Easy to pack and organize. Special Forces medical rucks share a similar clamshell design.
SILENT ZIPPER PULLS
YKK zippers with silent, glove friendly zipper pulls constructed from parachute 550 cord. There is no good reason why zippers should make noise when rucking (or assaulting). Ours don’t.
RAINPROOF
By military-spec submersion tests, waterproof means you could repeatedly submerge something and its contents would stay entirely dry. Our rucks are highly water resistant aka rainproof.

Customize your Rucker with the morale patches of your choice. Two (2) 2"x3" hook and loop panels—one on the exterior front and one inside on the Ruck Plate pocket.
