From our shelves to your door.

Orders are fulfilled from our operations in Malaysia and Singapore, depending on product availability and destination. In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible, while estimated delivery timing and available shipping options are shown during checkout.

For pre-orders, backorders and incoming products, we aim to communicate the expected availability clearly so you know what you’re waiting for.

The real thing.

Where applicable, Storming Gravity works directly with brands and their appointed distribution partners as an authorised retailer. Products represented as authorised on our store are genuine and supplied through official channels, with applicable brand or local warranty support according to each brand’s policy.

We care about what happens after the sale just as much as what happens before it.
