The 840D nylon keeps its clean, structured appearance even after extended use, making it ideal for a bag designed to be carried daily. For the X-Pac version, we use lightweight VX21 across the main body to reduce overall weight, while tougher X42 reinforces the bottom panel, where abrasion and impact are most likely. Together, these choices deliver a pack that feels light, holds its shape, and lasts for years.
