Warranty
At Storming Gravity, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We adhere to the respective warranty policies of the brands we carry. These warranties are subject to the terms and conditions set by each brand, including any changes they may make from time to time.
Warranty Claim Process:
- The warranty claim is subject to approval by the brand. The brand representative has the final say on whether the item is approved for warranty or not.
- If the warranty is approved, we will assist in repairing the product or reimbursing the repair fee.
- In cases where the product is deemed non-repairable, a replacement may be offered at the sole discretion of the brand representative.
What is Usually Not Covered?
- Wear and Tear: Over time, all materials, including fabric, will experience wear and tear. This process can accelerate if the product is not properly cared for after months or years of use. Warranty claims are generally not covered for normal wear and tear.
- Non-Original Purchaser: Warranty claims will not be honored for items purchased from third parties. For example, if Person A purchases a product from Storming Gravity and sells it second-hand to Person B, the warranty will be void at the moment of resale.
- Products Bought Elsewhere: Items not purchased directly from storminggravity.com or our physical store are not eligible for warranty claims.
